DHL 2-7 business days for international shipments
Hellenic Post 5-14 business days for international shipments
Elta Courier 1-5 business days for domestic shipments and Cyprus


If you can't find your country in the shipping list, let us know in order to consider the possibiity of making an addition.

For faster shipping services or to inquire about available pieces for immediate shipment, please contact us.

Our pieces are made in small production runs and each piece requires significant amount of time.
For the above reason most of our items are made to order and may take up to 2-3 weeks to be completed.
After we have finished creating your piece, you will receive an email informing you about the shipping of your order.
A tracking number will be included.

Regarding Items that are ready to ship, shipping will be handled within the next 3 business days following that of the order.
All orders are shipped directly from our workshop in Kos, Greece.
We are a small business and we always try to do our best for you to receive your order the soonest possible.

Note: When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Please, note that the buyer is responsible for any duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees that may come up for non-EU countries.

If you have not received your parcel within the given timeframe, please contact us as possible by sending an email to hello@oficina.gr.

Our carrier’s service is fast but we cannot control unexpected delays due to severe weather conditions or delays relating to the carrier’s internal system. We do not accept or hold any liability or responsibility for loss of shipments/parcels when the customer was not being at the place indicated for delivery to pick up. We do not hold any liability and responsibility for the loss or damage of returned goods.

RETURNS

You have 15 calendar days in total from the day you receive your package to apply for a return.
Send us an email at hello@oficina.gr to inform us of your intent to return and the reason why.
Please allow 5 business days for assistance.

Send the item in the original box or any other securely closed package to ensure the item returns in good condition.
Any item not in its original condition, with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not considered refundable.

Ship with your chosen courier or postal company – we recommend using a trackable and insured method so that your carrier will refund you in the event of theft or loss during delivery.
Please keep a record of your tracking number and send it to us so that we are also informed about the process.

After we have received your returning parcel. Please allow another 3-7 working days for the amount to appear into your payment method.

The refund amount can be returned to the same payment method used during checkout. Requesting a cancel of order and refund right after purchase has a refund processing fee of 3€.
This happens because our merchants charge us refund processing fees. All items must be returned unworn and in perfect condition.

We don’t offer exchanges. If you wish to return the item you’ve purchased and exchange for another product you will first have to return the item you’ve purchased and place a new order.
We will reimburse you for both delivery and return shipping costs if you have received an incorrect order or your items were damaged or defective.
